When the spare parts of the customer's display module are faulty, the spare parts can be mailed to the service point designated by Absen for repair. After the repair is completed, it will be sent back to the customer by Absen.

Pack the RMA as Absen instructions
Absen will send customers the RMA# and shipping instructions after receive below information .
Ship back the RMA to Absen Repair Center
Package modules in foam or materials sufficient to prevent damage and of a type that can be reused for return shipping.Each module must be isolated from contact with others with foam or other reusable materials.
Repair and Return RMA
If some or all products received fall into a category requiring a service fee Absen will issue a quote. Once payment has been processed the order will be placed in our service queue. A factory trained repair technician will complete the service and repackage the order in the shipping materials provided.
